Tiffany is an experienced leader in the fields of organization development and human resources, with over 18 years of work in various industries including defense, healthcare, conservation, and philanthropy. She excels at guiding organizations through transformative change and growth, and has a track record of building strong relationships and helping clients develop a global approach to HR. Tiffany holds a Master of Science in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from North Carolina A&T State University. She has extensive experience in implementing large-scale human capital initiatives, improving leadership team performance, driving culture transformation, designing organizational structures, developing talent strategies, and implementing knowledge transfer practices. Most recently, Tiffany served as the Head of Human Resources for Africa at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

EIC’s goal is to help organizations, leaders, and teams in low and middle income countries achieve economic growth and their social and sustainability goals. We offer assistance with decentralizing, global leadership development, managing disruptive change, aligning operations across multiple countries and cultures, and attracting and developing talent in a variety of countries and cultures.

Tiffany is a leadership, change and organization development practitioner with over 18 years of global experience guiding leaders and organizations through transformational change and growth experiences. Tiffany has proven effectiveness working as an inclusive global HR leader collaborating with staff from over 25 countries throughout Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and North America. She leads with adaptability, influential leadership, and a keen capacity to navigate ambiguity; this has led to her success in building strong relationships and helping clients create a one global approach which is critical to organizational impact. Tiffany provides human resource and organization development leadership; thought partnership and consultation with a method focused on curiosity, inclusion, empathy; and collaboration with a data driven, theory-based approach. She is extensively experienced in developing and implementing large-scale human capital initiatives, evolving leadership teams to high performance, driving culture transformation, organization design, talent strategy, knowledge transfer practices and scaling HR transformation globally. Tiffany has held leadership roles in Human Resources and Organization Development across her 18+ year career in defense, healthcare, conservation, and philanthropy. She most recently was Head of Human Resources, Africa for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. She has a Master of Science degree in Organization Development from American University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from North Carolina A&T State University.

Sherry Wessels

Sherry has a passion for developing deep benches of leaders across the globe. Frustrated by the constant criticism of poor leadership and equipped with leadership training approaches from some of the best institutions known to the world, she has merged her frustration with her expertise in leadership development to help leaders transform themselves and their environments. In this work she offers her expertise as a leadership practitioner, coach, mentor and speaker. Sherry’s career spans more than 25 years as an expert in cultural transformation, formulating and driving HR and Leadership strategies. Her professional work background consisted of senior roles held at Monitor Group, BMW, FNB, and Nedbank. Sherry has a PhD from the University of Oxford and a MBA from Harvard. She is a certified Meta-Coach and holds a number of certificates related to her work in organizational change and development.
Jesse Raney Bridges

Jesse Raney Bridges is a strategic advisor, learning experience designer, and facilitator who guides organizations and individuals in defining and developing a plan for authentic alignment to their goals, priorities, and purpose. Jesse has a successful track record of architecting the role of DE&I leader and creating the strategic vision for implementation within national and global organizations. She has deep experience in leveraging learning, development, and serving in an advisory capacity to inspire individual, group, and structural change. Prior to leading the design of the first organization-wide development experience for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation’s top 100+ leaders; Jesse defined the role of DEI leader and strategy within US based, globally operated, technology companies. Before transitioning into the corporate sector, Jesse led the design and delivery of disability access and equity services in US higher education institutions.
Carrie Heron
Senior Consultant & Leadership Coach
An experienced leader specializing in equity & inclusion, learning & development, and group facilitation, Carrie is known for her ability to integrate an equity lens into processes and programs, and to engage members of an organization, at all levels, to move from shifting mindsets to shifting behaviors. Since 1999, Carrie has been supporting individuals, teams, and organizations to clarify their goals, identify and address barriers, and take concrete actions to create change. Working both internally and externally at nonprofit, corporate, and philanthropic organizations, she has developed a keen insight into the underlying dynamics that can undermine the best of intentions and efforts. Clients appreciate the blend of compassion, humor, and clarity that she brings to her engagements. Carrie spent seven years on the Learning, Leadership and Organization Development team at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and was a key partner in launching the foundation’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion function. She has a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Psychology from Tufts University.
Dulce Espelosin
Behavioral Consultant
Dulce Espelosin is a passionate and experienced Spanish/English communicator for conservation & community outreach that has trained more than 600 people worldwide in the behavioral-design thinking and social marketing techniques as a way to build strong strategies in the hardest to reach communities to achieve conservation.
She is a communications and media specialist with a notable trajectory working with rural communities since 2003. In previous roles, she served as the lead for Latin America & The Caribbean designing different types of collaborations, proposals, in-person and online trainings and managing an alumni network of more that 500 women and men in countries like Jamaica, Dominican Republic, Mozambique, Philippines, Perú, Colombia, México, Bolivia, Argentina, Chile among others.
She is certified as a Professional Facilitator by the Canadian Institute of Cultural Affairs and is Vice President of SMANA-Social Marketing Association of North America and the Mexico Board of Directors.
Dulce speaks English and Spanish fluently.
Angela Larsen
Data Analyst
Angela has been in the training and organizational development field for almost 15 years. As a consultant, her projects are centered around executive team development, board development, change management, and leadership development. Within those projects, she primarily focuses on survey development and administration, data analysis, report writing, as well as applying team, leadership, and change theories that can benefit organizations and teams. Before becoming a consultant, Angela developed and managed the new manager and senior management leadership programs at a professional services accounting firm in Seattle. She also designed and managed the frontline supervisor leadership programs at Goodwill Industries International, Inc. in Washington DC along with co-facilitating Goodwill’s executive development program. Angela has a Master of Science degree in Business Management and a Master of Education degree in Mental Health Counseling from the University of Florida.
Thuli Ndhlovu

Thuli Ndhlovu is a skilled Project Coordinator with a keen focus on project management, scheduling, and resource coordination to ensure the success of various initiatives. In her current role, she is responsible for managing project timelines, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that all resources are effectively utilized to deliver high-quality outcomes. Thuli takes great pride in her work, continuously striving for excellence and always seeking ways to improve and provide outstanding service.
With a strong background in financial reporting and analysis, Thuli brings valuable analytical and problem-solving skills to every project she manages. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Management from the Management College of South Africa (MANCOSA) and an Honours degree in Financial Management from the University of South Africa (UNISA). Her combination of hands-on experience and academic knowledge allows her to deliver results that consistently exceed expectations.
Anthea Ellis

Anthea Ellis is a UK citizen and South African resident, she is a seasoned HR Professional who has over 20 years’ experience. She has successfully led teams of HR professionals in various projects and initiatives as well as developing and implementing effective policies and procedures across diverse regions and cultures. She has worked in various HR roles in the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa, where she has successfully managed complex employee relations issues, compliance requirements, talent acquisition, retention strategies and performance management systems. She has managed complex legacy issues creating harmonious working environments that fosters collaboration, innovation and diversity. Anthea is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).

My professional journey has led me to my previous role as a Design and Communications Associate at Thinkillustrate, a position in which I work collaboratively with our valued partners to facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions. He has broad research interests in organisational behaviour, management, and organisational studies. Andrea Nono

Andrea Nono has been a corporate Executive who made her passion for leadership development first priority by professionally certifying as Coach and working in this field since 2022. She is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as Associate Certified Coach (ACC); is Certified Professional Coach (CPC) by iPEC (Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching based in USA (ACTP)) as well as Master Practitioner for the Energy Leadership Index (ELI) Assessment (ELI- MP). During her corporate career Nono served as Chief Executive Officer of MTU Africa (today known as Rolls-Royce (RR) Solutions Africa) that represents its brands in over 30 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and leading teams in multiple locations, e.g. South Africa, Zambia, Nigeria. Nono was appointed CEO of MTU Africa in 2014 after a five-year assignment in USA, where she has been successfully leading the business development of the distribution network of Rolls-Royce Power Systems for the entire North America region. At RR Solutions Headquarters she led strategic projects in 2019/2020 with focus on transformation and change management; one being a strategic organizational change project to implement matrix structure globally within Rolls-Royce Solutions. Nono has over 20 years of industry experience and leadership development expertise. She has lived and worked in Germany and the USA before she moved to South Africa in 2014 where she lives and works from today.
